Educational Farm Tours

Grades Pre-K thru 3

During the one hour program, students will:

• Discover where food really comes from.
• Pick a quart of strawberries to take home.
• Investigate how plants grow.
• Discover how weather affects the crop production.
• Investigate how soil and water are conserved to protect and preserve the environment.
• Receive a handout with recipes and fun facts about strawberries.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Strawberry season normally starts mid- April and runs thru the end of May. We are open daily unless closed to ripen.

Hours of Operation for Fields
Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm
Sunday 12pm-6pm

Strawberries are sold by the pound. Buckets are provided or
re-cycle your own.
Bathroom facilities available.
We no longer offer picked berries except for
special requests
from seniors or physically disabled.

Teachers- free
Adults/Grandparents - $6.50
Children under 2 - Free
Group Rate - $6.50 per student.

Reservations required for groups of 10 or more
